what the hell does this have to do with sociology.
as for simple pattern making women have a bust line
women's buttons are on the left men's the right (the logic,,, mans clumsy fingers) a man unbuttoning a gals blouse with his right hand.
Ease in the seams like men's crotch or for gals the hips and zipper length so we can get the tool out. there are more but !!!
Not many men wear kilts but gals can wear skirts only barely covering their crotch or butt.

Are you suffering from a confused identity?
Pop by a womens clothing store and see how many males are in there shopping for clothes.
PRICE! Color range, style, volume of choice
Never ceases to amaze me how women think nothing of paying for $40 for 1/8th of a meter and say they are wearing underwear.

Well, i am no expert on clothes. i CAN tell you why guys' buttons are on one side of their shirts and girls' are on the other. It dates back to a time when ladies had other ladies help them dress. Since most people are right-handed and men have always dressed themselves, their buttons are positioned to be convenient for them to button their own clothes. Again, since most people are right-handed, the women's clothing had the buttons on the OTHER side for the convenience of the (usually) right-handed lady dressing them since she would be facing the lady she was dressing. Make sense? Sorry i can't help more! Best wishes!

the only ones i recognize are 3: on slacks/jeans with reference to the zipper in the front: the girl makes use of her precise hand to zip the zipper up, and the guy makes use of his left hand to zip up the zipper. And concerning buttons on a blouse a woman will be utilising her precise hand to button the buttons, and the guy will be utilising his left hand to button the buttons. also, like for hoodies, the girl makes use of her precise hand to zip it up and the guy makes use of his left hand to zip it up. - - - - of direction for adults there are 3 varieties of outfits...for adult adult males, females and unisex. In females's slacks there is diverse form of "provide" interior the rump than in adult adult males's, and cut back otherwise because she has diverse structure than his. In shirts there are finished cut back or french and body setting up cut back.
