"Men’s fashion is to look as bad as possible. Not to be a traitor to my generation, but they look like they got up, put on a hat and rolled out of bed ... Ewww ... and we're supposed to swoon over that???"
Men’s:
Cover Neck, arms, chest, and legs. They only expose the head. This is for dressing up and semi-casual. Even when they wear casual, summer wear ... well they still cover chest, biceps (wearing oversized shirts), and long shorts (which look like pants). Men actually have more variety of shoes, and typically own 22 pairs (tennis shoes majority, with few random hiking, and semi-formal/ formal shoes)
Women’s:
Expose neck, arms, chest, and legs. Only cover torso with clothing based on size of women. Accessories major: purses, jewelry, shoes, and scarves. Layering allows her to expose appropriate amount throughout the day. Certainly in the office, she’ll cover more while wearing the tank tops under the jackets.

Well men's briefs - shorts, have pouches to hold something and women's panties don't for 2 reasons.
1. The woman have nothing there to hold or make room for.
2. If women's panties were made like men's brief the wings and flaps would not stay on course.
There are not much to men's bra's because most men have nothing to hold or make room for.
Women's bra's have pouches making room for holding something.
Some women do as men do, even though men are wearing boxers and women are wearing the all natural bra or nothing.
Everything just hangs out, jumps, wiggles and does what ever it pleases.
Hope this help a little.
