I heard that you could add some milk to your bath for more moisture and aslo oatmeal. I also heard a liitle red wine added to your bath will give your skin a nice glow.

I don't usually put anything in my bath, but after the bath before I dry off I put either apricot oil or almond oil on my body and then dry off. Baby oil is a petroleum product and tends to dry me out for some reason. Apricot and almond oils are natural and seem to absorb into my skin better. you can buy them at a health foods store.
In the winter, I will follow up with lotion of some type. I have very dry skin and this seems to work for me.

well...i heard that taking a bath dries out your skin more so than showering. it was explained to me that one tends to run hot bath water and then soak in it. this process dries out your skin. so i shower and then use baby oil right after drying off. but...im not sure that works either...
drink more water...i know that works

i heard you can use beer also.yea you can use milk,but i never heard of oatmeal.
