I have used AVG and Avast but I like Avast 4. the best and it updates everyday..Guards against Viruses, Worms, and Trojans..

XOFTSPY its free and i like it so much, its quick and catches almost everything, just amazing the only downside is that it takes forever to load up so if it doesnt appear right away dont shut off your computer, otherwise it scans really quickly and gets most of the viruses, otherwise i would suggest norton

I have used most of the antivirus programs in the known universe. The best one I have found is AVG. They have a great free version for home users. Grisoft.com
