The shape of METHaNE (not methene) is tetrahedral and bond angles are about 109 degrees.

There are no lone pairs, so its VSEPR designation is AX4E0 or just AX4.

Any molecule with four electron groups around the central atom, has a tetrahedral geometry with bond angles of 109.5 grades.
The best way to find out any molecular shape it depends of number of electron groups, bonding groups and lone pairs of electrons. In the specific case of CH4, it has 4 electron groups (4 H around the central C), 4 bonding groups (shared electrons between H and C), and no lone pairs of electrons (because C only needs 4 electrons).
There is an easy table found in any Chemistry book that explains the molecular geometries and grades based on chemical bonding.
