ok dont ignore this question just because im a student!
well i want to do better this year at school and to stop talking a lot because it got me into a lot of trouble. well ever since kindi, i was a smart student top in every class never failed, but last year i just got into trouble more and my marks went a bit down ( i passed everything though), and i also became friends with a girl and everyone thought she changed me. this girl left the skool and now is my chance to get better.
so anyway... i want to stop talking in class, although my friends would want to sit next to me and talk and if i just completely ignore them they would hate me. so what do i do if they start talking to me in class?

Ignore them and there stupid idle threats, you're grades are far more important than gossiping about nonsense.

Timeless problem, and most of the questions are from teens in this forum. Don't sweat it.
Let your friends know that your goal is 3.8 or better gpa, or something similar, and you need their help to get there from last years gpa.
Or you've got your heart stuck on a certain college program to get the perfect job you've wanted at something or other.
Let them prove they are willing to help a friend, it weeds out the acquintences... 'cause most are not true friends.
The definition I work with: Friends ask you over for dinner, acquintances tell you how much fun they had last weekend.
Best wishes, live strong. It's a rough world and full of problems, having a goal to work towards gives you a finish line you can see, and that makes a lot of difference.

Well, kind of sounds like me a bit. But not anymore I get good grades. Of course I had good grades before just B's and C's. But now I get B's and A's. If you don't want anymore just tell them straight up." Hey guys if you don't mind i don't want to get into any trouble, and I would like focus on my schoolwork." they should understand if they truly are you're friends.

Sounds like you're trying to grow up and be a better person. You can't let your "so called" friends sabotage that. Tell them about your new plans and see how good they will be as friends. If they don't think you're worthy of getting good grades, well, that will be your answer for them.
Real friends won't try to keep you from your goals!!!

Explain to your friends that you want to start doing better in classes. Tell them you will have plenty of time to talk at lunch and between classes. If they're your friends they will understand!

Stop Talking! What's more important, school work and passing or fair weather friends who you might not remember years after graduation?
Hopefully the former and not the latter.

You need to take contro of YOUR life and future !!! Inform each of these ppl that you are working to better your grades and that YOU have decided to take charge.... inform them that you will NOT respond in class but are free to talk all they want after school, between classes or at lunch..... but that you are serious and want to get on with it....... they will either help or hender you, and it is THEIR problem to deal with if they can not respect you enough to comply with your wishes...... God bless
