I was wondering if it is possible to used the mac software for a PC laptop... I love the mac setup but am hoping there is someway I can adapt it to my Dell laptop...

Not that I know of... but the new Windows Vista coming out this week is supposedly a big ripoff of Mac OS X (as Windows has always been).
If there is a particular program you are interested in, please be specific.

I have never heard of anything that lets you run Mac software on a PC. Sorry.

MS DOS PCs and Mac are different operating systems.
I don't think any of the PCs are sophisticated enough to handle it.
