i say goodbye even though it hurts . it would hurt me more if i didn't. closure i guess.

I will always say goodbye. It hurts when somebody you love and care about leaves without saying goodbye and you never see them again. You always wonder what happened to that person.

If I like the company, I say goodbye, but if I don't like it , I just go away and never show up again.

Depends where I am, who to and what the circumstances are. If I'm not that bothered about someone, I usually say bye to be polite, but others I'd walk away from without saying a word.
