Yes, in the Dr. Seuss book 'Green Eggs and Ham' the ham is also green in the illustration. Even on a boat with a goat, the ham is still green.

The title is a sort of pun. In the United States, "green eggs and ham" is a breakfast menu item in which normal eggs are cooked with spinach or some other green vegetable, and served with normal ham, but Seuss here imagines that the phrase describes naturally green eggs (that is, with green yolks) accompanied by green ham.

The story itself makes no mention of the ham being green, just the eggs, but I think the children's book, the one pretty much all of us have read at some point, illustrates the ham being green, like the eggs.
