Why do people date/go out with people that they are not "in love" with?...
And, do you think that you can fall in love more than once?

How would anyone know how they like and dont like if they didnt date? Yes I think you could fall in love more then once but you have to make sure you are out of one before you find a new one :)

yes people can fall in love more then once. i think that people go out to find out if they really like that person. i dont think that you can just be in love with someone and the out it's the other way around. but i know that it takes time.

I went out for coffee not too long ago with a man who totally repulsed me, because I have a history of bad relationships and figured if I didn't know how to pick 'em, then maybe this guy wouldn't be so bad. I was right though, he was a dork.

Because the point of dating is to fall in love with someone. That's how you find the one that's right for you, it isn't like you're just going to look at someone and say, "I love them! I wanna date them!" No. You're going to say something like, "They look like an interesting person, maybe I should ask them out to find out what they're like." It's a matter of finding the right person in life, and dating helps a lot.

Part of dating is getting to know each other. To fall in love, one must get to know the other. If one feels in love and does not know the other person it is just infatuation or lust. Yes, it is possible to love more than once.

People date to get to know people.... You have to get to know someone before you can love them.... And I think you can fall in love more then once I mean if someone has a wife or husband dies sometimes they get remarried.....

Yes you can fall in love more than once....ans why people go out with people they are not in love with is because they do not want to be alone or are scared to be alone....I myself would rather be alone than be with someone I do not love

I once dated someone I came to absolutely LOATHE because I was bored....
I made a vow after that to NEVER do that again....

well, you cant just fall in love with someone. dating someone will let you know eventually if you love them or you dont.
you can definitely fall in love more than once. there is probably more than one soulmate out there for every person, too.
