this male friend of mine is always asking me to hang out and spend time together yet he only calls me 1 or 2 times during the week.how can he think he deserves to spend time with me and he cant even make more time to call me but always asks me out.hes such a jerk! any thoughts?

Ha ha, I don't mean to giggle but I have the same issue, so obviously I can't help. The good news is that I don't give the guy any action so I'm just getting a free meal out the whole deal every once in awhile. It's pretty sweet actually!

He calls you one or two times a week? Well, isn't that enough? Maybe he isn't the type who likes to spend a lot of time on the phone. Yeah, there's guys like that. They aren't like girls. So I say give him a break. He doesn't sound like a jerk to me based on the lack of more phone calls.

I agree with TPhi. I myself am not a man who likes to communicate on the phone too much. Maybe he asks to hang out so he can talk to you in person rather than feeling distant from you. Maybe if you ask him why he doesn't call so much that may solve your problem... or increase it... whichever comes first.
