The only sure way to know is by having a pap smear done. Any kind of vaginal discharge, other than a normal period, should be checked out. This type of cancer has a very high cure rate if caught early.

What is making you ask? You usually have to have a colposcopy which is a test where they remove samples of tissue from the cervix to biopsy and they can tell from there.
