I'm always experiencing problems with o2, they don't have a network large enough to cover all the area, or all the handsets... the amount of times i've tried to make a call, only to get a beep in my ear, and "network busy" on screen is ridiculous

I've got that fed up with it, I've switched providers... I'm on orange now, you don't get as many freebies, but at least text messages get delivered, and i can make a call whenever i want, instead of having to wait for my neighbour to hang up his phone over the street...

switch providers, I recommend orange or vodafone...

I can't remember but my reception with o2 is pretty poor anyways. At best my signal only shows 3 bars. Sometimes i have to go to another room in the house or even out in the back garden just to get a signal. I only stick with them coz of the 300 free texts a month
