There are only two major cruise lines that do short cruises: Carnival and Royal Caribbean. I've been on both.

Carnival is geared toward more of a younger, louder, party-er (is that even a word?) crowd, and is priced lower. They have the largest standard cabins at sea.

Royal Caribbean tends to cater towards couples and families, has more up-scale ships, definitely better food and service.

The beauty here is that given your choices, you really can't make a bad decision. Both cruise lines do good jobs of delivering their products. Be advised that they also tend to use their "older" ships on these short cruises.

Some final thoughts; 1) both of you need to be over 21; 2) you're very late for booking a spring break cruise; and 3) shut down your pc and go see a good travel agent!

Bon voyage

I know of a good cruise line and not necessarily of a cheap one, and that is: Celebrity Cruises.

Carnival and it's probably the one that is geared most towards younger people.

The cheapest is Carnival, but you get what you pay for.
