I call on all three of these chains as part of my business. The Target employees are DEFINTELY the happiest. Under no circumstances would I let anyone I know work for Kmart!

go to the coles site. this is for coles, target, kmart, liqourland, officeworks etc. you can generally pick what store and location you would be most interested in working in, as that is what i did.
you may need to do an online test for the coles group.
for woolworths, big w, etc, go to the woolworths site or ask for an application in store.

It's good to aim low ... Go to the stores in question and fill out an employment application form - they may have entry level positions available immediately. Just fill out the forms and wait for a call.
