First, I take a Midol capsule to allieviate PMS symptoms - decrease bloating, minimize cramps, etc. Secondly, if the pain is really intense, I use a hot water bottle - sometimes feeling good physically helps increase your mood, so if you're in a lot of pain, you're likely to be grouchy.
I try to find humorous things to replace irritability with happiness - watch a few funny YouTube segments, pop in my favorite Adam Sandler movie, or call one of my friends to get my mood lifted.
Chocolate is also wonderful during PMS - it helps release serotonin in your brain, the neurotransmitter responsible for positve, feel-good moods. Pick your favorite bar and don't worry about the calories :)
Other than that, the only thing to really do is wait it out - once the chemical changes have finished stirring everything up, the bad mood should naturally go away itself.

Well first of all, it's called PMS. Then second of all, during your period when you do PMS, try to avoid heavily salted foods. Salty foods for some reason increase PMS, so it's best to stick with any other foods. Also it helps when you have 'wacky' cravings, that you eat what your in the mood for. If your in the mood for chocolate, eat chocolate. It gets you in a good mood, and keeps your mind off the stress ;-)
Hope I Helped!

What i do is take a hot bath or put a heating pad on my stomache, i make some hot chocolat which takes care of my craving for chocolat as well as soothes the cramps, then in the summer i take a walk but in the winter i read my favorite book. it puts me in a good mood. But if i happen to snap at my friends, they are understanding as they all do it too. I hope this helps you.

Ohh that's a hard one. I'd say just stay home. I haven't heard of a pill that helps with mood swings but there probably is one out there. If you have to be around people just try not to say to much so you won't be mean or anything and if you're with family they'll understand

I put a icy hot patch on my tummy to help ease the cramps and I take a walk, preferably in the sunshine. I then drink a hot cup of green tea and take a good long nap. I wake happy and ready to roll.

Dear,
My daughter says when she keeps her occupied with some household work, like cleaning her room, arranging the book self, she does not feel that she has her periods.
Simply do not give room for thinking about it, keep yourself occupied.
Good Luck
