If you have a lot of decor in your tank, your pleco may be hiding. How big is your oscar? If it is over 4 1/2 in. there's a good chance it was eaten. At night, turn the lights off and put some sinking herbivorous catfish food in there. In half an hour or so, turn the lights back on. If it isn't there and the food wasn't eaten, your pleco was most likely eaten.

Is that really how you spell 'answer' or did you just spell it like that to stres the syllabels or something?

Well anywho, did you check everywhere in the tank? Under leaves, behind the filter, in the filter, under rocks?

How large are the oscars?

Either way, i doubt they would have eaten it. Pleco's are very tough fish and oscars wont usually eat anything that wouldnt fit entirely in their mouths. They might nip at it but Pleco's, especially, are completely covered in armour and spikes. They COULD have eaten it but keep looking just in case.

They are good hiders. Look under everything. Chances are that the oscar ate it though, they really can't have much for tankmates.
