Can someone explain the method of making a salt by direct combination?

2Na + Cl2 ===> 2NaCl

i eat sea salt so the water is dryed out and more salt water in then the water is so salty when you dry it out again little cristles and keep doing this prossess and then the crystles become bigger and bigger untill the disirable size and then make somthis good and add some salt and your good to go!!!
