You have to hire and manage people, know the laws in that area, and the building codes, know your building materials needed in what ever you are building, how much of each needed for what ever is being constructed, and schedule and the need of timely delivery of materials to be used. Just for a start, and oh you will live this job 24 hours per day, when not asleep.
Been there and done that.
