I think the real question is, "will he be healthy?"
Only one player in the history of the NBA has successfully come back from microfracture surgery in both knees. There's a good chance that Martin will not be able to be the effective player he once was if he returns.

If he beats the odds and is able to come back healthy, the Nuggets will definately be a better team. He's a decent scorer, makes his points at decent percentage, is a good defender, and a good rebounder when healthy. The Nuggets need him in the front court, especially with all the injuries between him, Nene, and Camby.

If he comes back ineffective, there won't be anyone who wants to trade for him. He makes 10-12 million dollars a year. That means the Nuggets will have to cut him to avoid paying the whole salary, and will receive nothing in return.

get rid of him.. he can't play for goerge karl. he will destroy the team. i think he should be better if he goes back to the nets or any team who plays an uptempo style. the nuggets will be better without k-mart especially that melo and AI plays good together.
