i'm no longer black lol yet I do an truly good impersonation of my chum who's... i do not imagine ghetto should be offensive I merely had some ghetto food Beefaroni in a can. i exploit ghetto each and every of the time in connection with being unorthodox in my moves...i'm no longer effective that is even the right time period hehehee. The time period gay should not be offensive yet I already advised you my opinion on why that is.

I could see how someone might find that term offencive. But what does "straight" really mean anyway. Is it short for "strait and narrow"? People use it in terms of sobriety too. I honestly don't think it is any more offensive for someone to claim to be "strait" as it is for someone to claim to be "gay".

I'm not sure but maybe someone of the implication would answer this question a bit better.

If you mean offensive to gay people, absolutely not. If you mean offensive to straight people, generally speaking, no. I have heard instances where it was used negatively to describe someone heterosexual who was either sexually naive or uninformed about sexual politics (e.g., "God, you are so straight.").

Depends on who you ask. Some do point out exactly what you do: the opposite of "straight" implies something "wrong" etc. Personally...I feel that while that may be true, there are bigger battles.

No. "Straight" as in "straight as an ironing board". Meaning - standard, boring, proper, common.....not deviant - just the opposite.

No, straight is not offensive in anyway. It just describes someone's sexuality. whats so offensive about that?

The slang term "straight" was originally coined by the gay community, so I would find it odd if they would find it offensive.

Not to many people, but you could call it that. I mean we are all human. We shouldn't be described as straight or gay or lesbian. We are all still human beings. Black White Asian Hispanic European African Any race ethnicity or color or our skin.
