don't get him a promise ring it only confuses things. What are you promising any way, what ever it is wasn't it already his. only three rings should someone really need
1 class ring
2 engagement ring
3 wedding ring

I would go to a place called things remembered, usually it's in the malls. Tell them about your boyfriend's problems with wearing to all medal.Im pretty sure Titanium is a form of metal. For now stick to something sweet like a gift card and say a poem to him as part of a make up for a promise ring until u can save up for one you really like that's made out of stone or glass. Hope this helps!

Maybe you shouldn't get him a promise ring. Try to find out what you know he likes for a fact, and don't rush into things. Guys at 14 don't want a serious relationship.

I think that titanium would be a little pricey.......but, they have these ear-rings out called simply whispers, or something like that..sorry can't remember, but fashion bug carries them, and I am wondering if they have a "ring" possibly made out of the same material...........it would probably be under $20, and they (the ear-rings) are coated with this hypoallergenic material..............I am just wondering if they would have a ring.....made out of the same stuff..........but anything that is hypoallergenic he might be able to wear.......
other materials that I can think of would be woven cord or leather...........
good luck in finding something.........
and p.s.... please try not to hate, it is toxic to the soul.....you are on yahoo answers, and you have to expect a little negativity now and then......and you are above that...............
blessings!

p.s. you should also be able to find a simply whispers catalog on line......

Right. You're only 14, you shouldn't be buying anyone a "promise" ring. And pssst...traditionally, the guy will give YOU the ring if he's up for it...

get one of them Irish rings I think

Cradah or something

when you are available you put it with the heart facing in and when you are taken with the heart facing out

I'm only 1/16 Irish though so be sure to verify that fact, maybe I got it wrong or a meagre bit off anyway

Just give him a Bible because that is the greatest gift that 20 dollars can buy. It shows you the way to Eternal Life.

Get a titanium and put it next to his skin and see if he gets a reaction. If not then get that metal.
