Can anyone recommend good mixed clubs/bars in San Fransisco?

I am heading out to SFO in late April with a group of friends some of whom are straight, 2 are transgender and 2 are a gay couple. Can anyone recommend clubs/bars that would welcome a diverse group such as ours?
