Live each moment like you can never change it...because you can't.

Have faith in God...if you need motivation, watch the sun rise over the ocean or set over a tree covered mountain, or hold a newborn baby, or breath the air at night during a lightly falling snow.

Love without reservation...exposure your heart, and bear your soul.

Cry out loud when you need to...unless you can find the ability to laugh.

Read Rudyard Kipling's Poem "If" and challenge yourself to live by it.

Listen to "The Sunscreen Song" and remind yourself to hear it.

Remind yourself - We all are in this wonderful unique world together.

know that whatever you do in this life, will come come back to you one way or another, in this life or the next. it may seem like there is no justice in this world, because we don't see it happen. but everything we do has consequences. if you do the crime, you HAVE to serve the time. there is no escaping it. the Universe works by certain laws; since you are part of it and are created by it, these laws also apply to you. we don't know of all the Universal laws, they have not been discovered yet. but whether you know them or believe or not believe in them, does not change the fact that they exist. whether you beleive in gravity or not, does not change that it exists and applies to you. people used to think and beleive that the Sun revolved around the Earth, but it did not change the reality.
there is Universal justice; and if in our imperfect world you can bribe judges and hire the best lawyers to avoid justice, you cannot play that game with the Universe or the other invisible world. so hopefully if it's not fear of God or strong moral beliefs that can stop a person from doing something bad, at least he will be stopped by the knowledge that he'll have to eventually face the consequences. it can turn out as bad luck, illness, accident, death, inability to have children, and so on and so forth. we have pay for our wrongdoings/violatons of the Universal laws from our past lives and our present lives. whether we do wrong knowingly or unknowingly, these consequences still follow. if as a child you put your finger over the fire, you will get burned, even if you don't know that the fire is hot. so, all we can do is learn the laws of Universe from our persoanl experiences as well as from certain writings by people who know about these laws.

advice on life...Do u also mean lesson of life?....there are so many of them...but sometimes the very good advice, it's the hardest thing to do. These are some good advices: 1. ' the more you know that the world is unfair, the more you would be happier'. 2. ' what u sow is what u gain.' 3.' you cannot make someone love u. All u can do is make yourself beloved.'
Do u belive in reincarnation? I think it's a nice thing to imagine it eventhougth we don't know it's true or not or people think it's crazy. Sometimes I imagine, after I die what i would be next...Believe in something is good as long as is not harmful.

I do believe in an AfterLife> I am NOT schizopfrenic or anything. But at age 14, my grandfather came and stood by my bed in the middle of the night and stared at me. I have never understood why or anything, but it scared the daylights out of me. He died when I was 4.....I believe that the Life we are living now is a test. We are all given free choice and it is up to us to make the right decisions and learn from our bad ones..

1. We don't have any recollection whatsoever of a "life" before we were born.
(if somebody would say that they have recollection, I would bet it is also earth bound recollection....say a previous farmer, king, queen..etc.....not a "different life")

2. We don't have any idea of a "life" after our death.
(near death is not death. I am neutrally speaking, with no regards for religious belief)

3. The only life we know of, is the one we have now.

4. Live life to the fullest and try as much to extend it beyond the "life expectancy chart".

4.1 You will not try to ruin your health if you think 4.
4.2 You will not bother other people as they might get back at you, if you think 4. (vice-versa for "doing good")

Eat well and often, exercise daily for 30 minutes, love people as much as possible, pursue your hobbies and interests. Live like you may die tomorrow, but pace yourself along the way so you take care of yourself, too!

My favorite advice: Live a prayful life. I don't know exactly what it means, but the Quakers where I grew up always said it, and it sure made them happy, peaceful, and kind.

Live each day as if it were your last because one day it will be. Always tell people you love them because it may be the last time you get to say those words.

Be a good example for your children. If you don't have any, be a good example for everyone else's. This is the best way to improve the world.
