I'm guessing the 1954 isn't as it wasn't much to look at or drive. 1955 was a good looking car but straight out of the factory was still a little sluggish as was the 1956 model. In 1957 they came out with te 2-4 bbl set up and 1 hp per cubic in, or the 300 they produced with the fuel inj system that came out on corvette. So ,my final answer is the 1957 Belair 2 dr

is this a trick question? are you asking advice or preference? the tri-5's(55,56,57) were the bomb. each have their heritage and following. the 57 was the first fuelie. and the 56 had the fuel filler in the left tail light(i think). they are all Harley Earl's creations.
my favorite is a modified '57(all current running gear, disc brakes, independent front suspension, etc) with an LS1, midnight blue w/ gray interior.
