I would like to know if the Degas picture I have is a lithograph.?

It is signed by Degas. in the bottom right is says 1937 National committe for art appreciation , with the copyright marking, and In the bottom left it says "Two Dancers" by Degas. In the bottom center it says Staatliche Gemaldi Galerie, Dresden.

If I am correct the borders around the picture should have a slight indentation showing that the paper was actually printed on from a lithography stone. I would take the picture to an antique shop that specializes in art work and let them authenticate it.
