What's going to happen when I file my taxes?

Not sure what your question is. Unemployment comp is taxable, so you'll report that along with any other income you had for 2006. If you mean that you worked full time until April 2006, you'll have a W-2 from that to add to the Unemployment Comp total.

If you didn't have taxes taken out of the u.c., and didn't make estimated payments, you might owe when you file. You might not, if you have dependents or enough deductions.

I am pretty sure that while you are in school you are not elligible for unemployment. because to be on unemployment you have to have the ability to work, and be actively looking for a job. If you are still on it... I would recommend you get off it, you will probably be forced to pay back the money you received when they catch up with you
