I have tried deleting it and going back to IE 6 but it will only go back to IE7 something is realy wrong here Please help me if you can.

I have always had problems with IE7 also whenever I tried using it. I always had to remove it and redownload IE6. You might just have to go thru the removal process like thru the Control panel, etc. Then redownload IE6 from microsoft's website. But if you are still having trouble, you are either going to have to contact microsoft or your computer manufacturer.

If you have already tried uninstalling from the Control Panel > Add/Remove programs......
I have seen this before. The only fix was to restore back to either before you installed IE 7 or back before you tried uninstalling it and try removing again.
Start > Programs > Accessories > System Tools > System Restore
