to do, or how to do it, so it's kind of like the same old krap all the time? what do you do if you want to become successful? i mean in the physical universe, not spiritually where I am already filthy rich?

If you are spiritually rich then you are able to hear and trust that what you have asked for is already given. SO pay attention on what you ask or have asked. If you know what you want then just say I am going to do it!

In order to become successful, find something you really love doing!!!everything comes with it; the patience, perseverance, interest...I'm sure you know that you need those kinds of things in order to be successful...but when you do the things you really love, you don't need to bear that in mind, it's already instinctive in your heart...and did I mention you'd be successful in that?you start low, and you keep on rising...it's the only direction you'll take when you start low...

You must become brutally honest with yourself about those areas where you know you need change and you are right that you do know. It can be very hard to let go of those areas that are holding you back but you are the one hanging on to them.
Then, as Cordova said : "just do it "
