what do the codes P 1684 and P 1391 mean on my cars odometer when i checked it.?

i had my car battery changed on my chyrslar intridid. now the car runs even worse. i am bring it back tomarrow but i just checked the problem on the car by turning the ket foward and back 3 times. this self diaganoses the car's problem. the codes that came out were the p1684 and p 1391.

p1391=Intermittent Loss of CMP or CKP
