how do i delete those addresses from my address box that i do not want there?

Go to (start) then (all programs) then (accessories) when you get there you should see a list of things and your address book should be one of them. Or right click on (accessories) and it will open that folder.Click on the address book and it will open. Just click on the address that you want to delete and it should highlight it.
At the top of the address book window you should see a delete button. Just click it and it should delete it.

are you talking about an internet browser. if yes than the only way to delete them is to delete all of them... you go into tools/internet options/clear history
