Yosemite Falls 3 sections:Upper Fall, Middle Cascade Fall, Lower Fall. From footbridge across creek 2500 ft from falls, the angles of elevation to the top and bottom of Upper Fall are 45.74 deg and 24.42 deg, respectively. How high is the toal series of three falls? How high is Upper Fall? Round answers to nearest foot. Help pls. -

The very top is then tan(45.74)*2500=2565 from the bottom. The height of upper falls is:2565-2500*tan(24.42)=1430ft.
