Well lets see Cordova.... hmmm maybe I took into perspective on what other peoples opinions are... The world is unfortunate to have you in it. You don't know squat about me. And just so everyone knows, I HATE CELEBRITIES!!! Oh yeah and Cordova, if you say I'm on the computer too much than why am I the one with only 388 points and you with 700 something points?

Just about every question has been asked before, but that does not mean everyone has been asked. I don't know about you but I have a job and I go to sleep from time to time so I am not on yahoo answers 24 hours a day. That means there is a rotation of people. Different people at different times. A question asked multiple times will get multiple answers from many different people. So folks should ask away. And what is "trying to be philosophical"? There are people here who enjoy this topic, if it does not interest you that is ok too. I am sure there is some answers room that is dedicated to celebrity worship and MTV loving, perhaps that would be more to your taste.

It is asked alot. I have seen the question "Why are we here?" and "What is the meaning of life?" asked on here atleast a dozen different ways. I don't ask that particular question myself, but if I did, it would be out of curiosity of other peoples opinions, attitudes and thought process. I'm interested in comparing the way people think. Especially, religious, philisophical and political issues.

You are right that being said perhaps they want to examine the question through the interpretations of others or want to try to appreciate from a different point of view and gain fresh or new perspective.

I think some times people get depressed or seriously board and they start to question life and death, so they get in to "why life" questions.
perhaps they only want comfort in their own life, and seek it here.
