Should we put it all in a big pile in the front yard, douse it with gasolene, set it aflame and dance around it like a Hopi? Or shall we continue to store it and glare at it furiously instead?

Oops, forgot to add he moved out over a year ago. And he came and got things he "wanted" vs. "the rest of this crap".
And he won't return calls. And no, I'm not driving it over there either.

Call the police to ask if is legal to throw away his stuff, or what you can do whit out getting into problems. then donate or put a garage sale to get paid for the storage.

Munya, tell the little dear he has two weeks to find other space for said stuff, or it goes to the Salvation Army, or the Good Will.Maybe even the Pawn shop, or the trash truck. I mean how much stuff are we talking about? If he wants it bad enough two weeks should be enough time, unless of course he's out of the country, or in prison. Then that's a different story. Adios Stuff! If you have a yard sale, or pawn it at least split the money with him.

I would definately get rid of it somehow.....if burning it makes you feel better, then so be it. I wouldn't ruin MY front yard though. Sounds like he's a real loser! No matter what you decide.....be careful, could come back to haunt you. Take care!

let him know (email, letter in mail, phone message..text...etc) that he has a certain date by which to claim the rest of his things. if he doesn't come by that certain date then continue selling the rest of his things on ebay or trash them.

Give him a date in writing to pick it up. If he doesn't show up, throw it out or give it to charity.
