free file shareing?

are there any truly free file shareing programs i can get off the internet i tried i tunes but it was a 30day trial then i couldnt play any of the songs i loaded if so what are they and where can i find them

ITunes is completly free and should not be a trial:

Also I can tell you that P2P networks are free such as:

Limewire

But are full of viruses and keyloggers so use at own risk.
