always, always, always go with NVIDIA it has been proven time and time again that NVIDIA out performs ATI in every test. only buy ATI if you want to waste your money...
there is one good thing with ATI though i must say is that you can overclock and ATI card and will not void the waranty

go with the nvidia one i have a ati with hypermemory it hasnt impressed me. though i can play bf2 and Ghost recon advanced warfighter.
