That depends on if it's dead flaky skin or fresh. The human epidermis is chock full of nutritional value.

i would think it would be about as good for you as any other meat. the calories and nutritional value would probably depend on the age and health of the person, just like an animal.

that's a really creepy question BTW.

OK this is a strange question, but my guess is there are no calaroies. I would think though that some human skin would be more salty than others.
