wide stance squats, lunges, and stiff leg deadlifts. Whatever you're doing, you'll know if its working because your butt should be quite tender for about 2 days after working that area.

drink guinness and go on the pill. it seems to make most womens butts bigger. the pill that is not the black stuff.
