When people use all caps?...If it does, then you've got problems. I know that it is "considered rude" but c'mon for real??

It doesn't bother me to the point where I'm screaming at my computer screen because of caps, but I find it annoying and an eye sore at times.

It's no big deal BUT - I notice that you had to resort to lower case for the word "bother", to make it stand out So if you are going to use Caps as your default , the words you want to emphasize are going to have to be SMALLER. Is that entirely sensible?

No it does not bother me when people use all caps, but it does bother me when they use really big font sizes.

no b/c maybe the just forgot to take the caps off after typing something and didn't wanna go back and retype it. habbit of mine

I only use them if I am trying seem like I am YELLING. It makes sence. So unless you are YELLING THE WHOLE TIME why type that way? It doesnt bother me but still it is kind of dumb to me.

just seems like people are yelling
but works when someone is ignoring you and you use caps to get their attention and then they finally reply
like people who ignore you on ebay it works great with them lol

I hate when they use it when they are mad because in all actuality they are yelling at you,and you really cantdo much about it because they are on the other side of the computer. but you may log off or block them

when texting on a phone, yeah...cuz I think your yelling at me. But on the computer it seem that your just trying to capture peoples' attention....
