when i pull back the foresking it comes back to behind the head. i can't pull it any further because it is attached at the bottom of the head on the bottom side of the penis. is this nomal?
second, when i get really hard, it is diffcult for me to pul back the skin over the head. it kind of gets stuck and i have to wait till i soften a bit to bring it back forward. is this normal?
third, when i am really hard and the skin is pulled back it kind of hurts when i blow my load....is this normal?
how far should my skin be able to come back?
I am uncercumsized.

the attachment is your frenulum just like under your tongue as far as the pain you may want to stretch your foreskin.

As a teenager your foreskin is supposed to tear slightly to allow the skin to be pullled back completely. Some penises have more sensitive foreskin and I would recommend getting a circumcision. Plus, being circumcised will lower your chances of catching an STD.

Well it seems that your foreskin mich be too tight for your penis. It is something that many men have. However, it can be very uncomfortable during sex. I recomend that you see a urologist (male sex organ doctor). Remember don't be embarrassed to talk to a doctor about this. They are professionals and are there to help you.
