Absolutely.

Ever hear of a sandwich? A sandwich is a vile old woman who lives on the beach and practices Wicca. Easily identified by a nose wart, tall pointy hat, close proximity to shoreline and usually carries a beat up old broom. So if you want to get a good look at one, just take your kid to the ocean. Children tend to spot them when you can't.

There are different kinds of witches and, yes, some as hot as Nicole Kidman who is obviously an actress and just plays one in a movie.

The best evidence of existing witches are in this documentary called "The Wizard of Oz." In that brilliant piece of news gathering, two live witches are caught on camera and one dead one. One of them is indeed a sandwich and goes by the name of "The Wicked Witch of the West.' If you ever have a sandwich problem, they are easily erradicated with a either a glass of tapwater to the face, or by dropping a house on their head.

The other in the documentary is "Glinda" (the Good Witch of the North). Glinda is, by far, the hottest witch ever caught on film. Her radiance was never seen again after the documentary was made and no sightings have been reported since. Glinda's type is classified as a bunwich and are quite elusive. They are easily identified by a magic wand, a rockin' frame and a sparkly crystal crown.

The odds of meeting a bunwich are slim. If you were ever so lucky, secure a date with her as soon as possible and have her come meet the gang at the bowling alley. If you're smooth enough, she might even improve your game for you.

yes witches are real and no witches are not like Nicole Kidman on Bewitched. We're more like Nicole Kidman on Practical Magic. You can't just point your finger and get exactly what you want like on Bewitched or Sabrina, but you do have to be careful where you point your finger.

Witches exist, and no not all of them are like Nicole Kidman on Bewitched. They belive in Gaia and nature, it's not the nose twitching, they do spells, but not the kinda you see in moives. And they are known as Wiccians.

Yes and no. I'm a practicing witch. I practice herbalism, moon lore, folk remedies, dowsing, divination, obes and meditative "magic" which is the focusing of my own energies through meditation in order to produce positive results in various endeavours, such as physical and emotional healings. Witchcraft magic isn't what you see on tv. It's more primitive in nature.

I'm not wiccan, by the way. Witchcraft isn't necessarily religious, particularly traditional withcraft.

A witch is just somebody who makes potions and medicine, and casts spells. That kind of witch in the movies is all romanticized; that kind never existed.

There are officially people who call themselves "good" witches. At Halloween there is a meeting of many of them in Salem, Massachusetts. That was where to witch trials were held in the sixteen hundreds.

I don't know. I don't believe in religion and I tend not to believe in ghosts or curses. Hmmm.. There are a lot of people who claim to be witches. Who knows?
