Bart Starr.
In an era when defender could openly tackle the receiver if the ball had not been throw, he has the least interception per attempt ratio in the play offs ever. The closest is Brady, but he is so far behind Bart Starr is in a class by himself.
And interceptions mean more than TDs.

I have to say Bart Starr. Simply amazing qb. While Brett Favre is great as well, he doesn't come close to the clutch heroics of Starr. The defense could get away with soooo much more when Starr played its not even funny.

I would have to go with Brett Favre, hands down! I am a cheesehead and Starr was good but Favre is great! Hope to see him back for the 2007 season!

Probably Favre because Bart Starr is probably 70 years old.
