which certifications are the best?

I got my A+ , which one would be good addition to it, I was thinking of
MCSA?what employers look for?

Since this is under the computer networking topic, I would suggest the CCNA and CISSP.

It really depends what type of job you're looking for.

Defiantly go with the CCNA. In the 90's the MCSE was the cove tied cert but not since anymore. The Cisco cert will make you stand out in the crowd.
