Playtex Tampons are the best. I sometimes have an extremely heavy flow and they are more obsorbent than any other tampons I have tried. Also,as far as maxi pads to wear during the day I would suggest Always thin maxi's with wings. The store brand equivalents for thin maxi's with wings are usually good too. The best overnight pad is Kotex with wings. The wings are so important day and night because they protect so well.

Neither - menstrual cups are far better than both tampons and pads. If you are asking what brands of tampons and pads then Natracare for both - disposable just like commercial pads and tampons, but made form 100% organic cotton and do not contain chemicals so they are safer.

My advice is to not use tampons, because my doctor said that there is something inside of tampons that stays inside of you. And after years and years it builds up and cause health problems. But for as pads, Always.
