I have tried different brands of contacts and i can't find one that is comfortable. Does anyone know of any contacts that stay pretty wet and you can't feel them in your eyes? Also, has anyone heard of something called Corneal Refractive Treatment (CRT) or gentle molding.. if you have can you please tell me what exactly this is and how much it costs? Also, if you go w/o wearing these CRT contacts will yur vision go back to the way it was?

I've been wearing contacts 16 years--with each passing year (along with my eyesight getting worse) my eyes have become more sensitive to contacts. My doctor is having me try ACUVUE® OASYS™ & O2 OPTIX® for one week to see the difference betwen OASYS and Acuvue2. I cannot believe the difference. They are more expensive, but for someone who has terrible eye allergies and works at a computer 9 hours a day there's a huge change in one week already. I would definitely check them out. I'm also researching corrective eye surgery, but am in the beginning stages--I don't have much to offer. Good luck in your search!

I've had acuvue for a long time and they were mediocre. I always put in rewetting drops after putting them in and usually they were ok. My doctor just changed me to freshlook toric lenses though and i have to get them on wed. so im hoping they will be even better. From my experience, the more rewetting drops I used the better. Also, how long have you had them? Perhaps your doctor did not fit you well with them. I had that problem once and they were too big. Kept falling out. Once they fell out while I was getting my haircut and dropped into a big pile of hair on the floor next to my chair.

Have you tried 02 Optix or Acuve Oasys? I use 02 Optix and they're really comfortable.

I use the Acvue kind with hydraclear. I love them and I never have trouble with my contacts drying out.
