There was a commercial- I believe it was for a credit card- It showed a young couple getting married then progressing through life with children then grandchildren. There was a song in the background that sounded like it said "I'm twelve years old for a moment"? The refrain almost sounds like he says sixteen candles? The male singer has a high voice. I've heard this song played on the radio-what is the name and who sings it?

it is by Five For Fighting and it has lines like "you're sixteen for a moment" "you're twenty one for a moment" "you're ninety nine for a moment"....

and it was a credit card commercial. a well done commericial with a killer song to go with it.
