You cannot download a cd-r/rw drive. The problem is that the file is not compatible with the internet. There used to be a lot of them around, but when someone would download it, the internet had to be shut down for repairs.
You can get the cd-r/rw file at Best Buy. Usually the files are by the register. You can go into the back and pay, but AOL offers the file for free. Just grab the AOL disk and put it in your computer. Then, you will have a cd-r/rw drive.

uhhh you cant download hardware over the internet you have to have a cd burner drive to burn cds you dont just download one ;-)
