I do not have the drivers on my computer, apparently a virus or something knocked them out. Please tell me where I can download them from?

If you believe that a virus infection has disabled your internet connection, then removing the virus and repairing the damage is the way you need to go. Simply reinstalling the protocol is not going to do you any good. I know that you say that you dont have the CD, in which case your options are very limited.

If you have the CD key code on your PC itself on a sticker, you can take the computer to a repair shop to back up all your data files to CD then format and reload the OS using one of their CDs. You will probably end up paying more than $100 to get it back in decent shape.

In a best case, they might be able to sell you a used CD for $20 or so...assuming you DO have the key.

If you dont even have the CD code, you are basically screwed into buying another license and media.

Either way, backup your files, format your drive, reinstall the OS, and do ALL critical updates from Microsoft. This will restore any damage and get you running again with a backup in hand.

Dont forget the antivirus program this time. Use the free avast from the link below.

I'm assuming you're using a different computer to write this question, because you've obviously got TCP/IP working in order to write this question.

I'm afraid you cannot just 'download' microsoft's tcp/ip implementation directly from anywhere. It is integrated with all the other networking stuff right on the CDs. You will need a CD with your version of windows in order to re-install tcp/ip if it is asking you for one.
