Try Ouran High School Host Club...it's like totally AWESOME! You could get all the episodes from youtube.com. It's completely hilarious, you're be laughing so hard! There's also a decent amount of romance and by "decent" you'll know what I mean when you watch it...anyways, I totally recommend it so you've just totally got to watch it! ^^
