why does my body make me have headaches, sore muscles, bad moods, sensitivity, crying, mood swings, cramps and bloat??? why does my body need to do this during my period??

No not everyone does that - The things that my daughter and I do are nearly identical but hers are much worse.
They did improve when I started giving her a prenatal vitamin (because they have the building blocks for a baby so they should have the ones everyone needs [according to some heart specialists]) and calcium citrate (for bones and to help with mold allergies) with magnesium (because it helps regulate a lot of things in our systems).
She became bare-able again.
For more on muscles there is a $20.00 book called The Trigger Point Therapy Workbook by Davies - it may or may not have anything to help I haven't gotten to the book store since my chiropractor told me about it (different reason).

everyones body does that, its just the change in hormones makes us react in different ways. the cramping you need a hot water bottle that will help, and also if you feel the need to cry, then cry better out than in and in most cases will make you feel so much better
you also bloat due to water retention. that passes at the end of your period
